How should I use/apply Frankincense & Myrrh products?
Rubbing Oils: Squeeze 10-30 drops of oil onto your palm and massage onto the affected area.
Lotions: Gently massage lotion into your skin, focusing your application onto the affected areas.
IMPORTANT: Do not apply Frankincense & Myrrh products to wounds, broken or damaged skin. DO NOT DRINK. Children under 12 and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a physician before using. Stop use immediately if you experience burning, excessive skin irritation, or redness.
How often can I use Frankincense & Myrrh products?
Symptoms and severity of pain is different for each sufferer. Most find relief when used twice per day. However, it is safe to use all Frankincense & Myrrh products up to four times per day.
